Tooling, production, quality control and export are all handled in-house.

Our standard MOQ is 20 pcs per item for stock designs. Custom logo, colour and packaging projects may need a higher quantity — tell us your target volume and we will confirm the exact MOQ.

Yes. We support logo printing on handle, ferrule and pouch, custom handle colours and materials, private-label packaging, and complete retail-ready sets. Send your artwork or a reference product and we will quote both the tooling and the unit cost.

Sampling usually takes 7–14 days after we receive your artwork and specification. The exact timing depends on the material and how complex the tooling is — we confirm the schedule with you before the sample starts.

Bulk production normally takes 21–45 days after the sample is approved. The exact lead time depends on the order quantity, the packaging and whether any materials need to be sourced, and we confirm the production schedule when the order is placed.

Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the remaining 70% as the balance payment. Other arrangements can be discussed on a project-by-project basis.

Our production is run under ISO 9001 quality management and the facility is BSCI audited. We can provide certificates and support customer audits, third-party inspection and pre-shipment inspection.

Yes. We can produce with FSC-certified wood handles and other eco-friendly materials, and we already hold EU PPWR packaging compliance documentation. Tell us which market you sell into and we will propose a compliant material and packaging combination.

We support fully customised packaging — gift boxes, hang cards, blister packs, pouches and retail-ready sets. Packaging can be produced to your artwork, barcode and market labelling requirements.

The customer covers the sample and tooling cost. Once the sample is approved and the bulk order is placed, the sample cost is refunded against that order. Stock samples and custom tooling are quoted separately.

We ship from any major Chinese port. We work on FOB, EXW, DDP and DAP terms, including FBA delivery, and we have several freight partners so you can compare rates. Official FedEx and UPS accounts can also be used.

We run IQC, PQC and OQC checks in-house and support third-party inspection before shipment. If a quality issue is confirmed we replace or credit the affected units, and our overseas sales agents can provide local after-sales support in your market.

Developing a new product usually takes 30–40 days. The exact schedule depends on the complexity of the item and how many rounds of sampling are needed.
